If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors. Responsibility for goods passes to you upon delivery.
7. Returns & Refunds
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
We do not accept returns on opened products. Refunds are processed once items are received and inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours. We may request photo evidence and will resolve with a replacement or refund.
